No single organization can prepare every young person for adulthood alone. That's why Evanston Cradle to Career connects the organizations that provide career exploration, workforce training, higher education support, and employment services across Evanston.

By bringing partners together, EC2C helps strengthen referrals, coordinate services, identify gaps, and develop shared solutions that make it easier for residents to access the opportunities they need.
