Who We Are
Evanston Cradle to Career is a partnership of schools, nonprofits, businesses, faith communities, government agencies, and residents united by a shared belief: every child in Evanston deserves the opportunity to thrive and pursue a fulfilling future.
Together, we work to improve outcomes for children, youth, and families by aligning efforts across organizations, using data to understand challenges, identifying effective solutions, and taking collective action. By working together, we can accomplish far more than any one organization can achieve alone.

We Bring Partners Together
More than 40 organizations and institutions participate in EC2C’s work. By bringing together diverse perspectives, expertise, and resources, we help align efforts around shared community goals and priorities.
We Use Data to Drive Action
EC2C helps partners identify challenges, track progress, and measure outcomes. Shared data allows us to better understand community needs, focus resources where they are needed most, and continuously improve our work.
We Build Shared Accountability
Meaningful change requires collective responsibility. Partners commit to working toward common goals, measuring progress, and learning from one another to strengthen results for children, youth, and families.
We Engage the Community
Parents, caregivers, youth, and residents are essential partners in this work. Community voices help shape priorities, inform solutions, and ensure that our efforts reflect the needs and aspirations of Evanston families.
